selling off all our plants and closing the nursery

Sadly, we've had to make the decision to sell off all our bamboo plants and close the nursery so that we can focus on our core services of consulting, removing, containing, managing, and planting bamboo. We hope to re-open the nursery in the future.

Why? Frankly, the nursery has lost money for years - it's been a labor of love. But with some recent staff losses, slower sales, and moving to a new location without the proper inventory in place, this was the only decision that didn't lead to disaster for us as a company.

We have clearance pricing - all plants are now at wholesale cost or less for everyone.

How Can I Take Advantage of the Clearance Prices?

The best way is to come into the nursery and purchase the bamboo. We are open Mondays, Fridays, and Saturday 8am-2pm and by appointment until we sell out.

You can also speak with us over email, Telegram, WhatsApp, text, and phone to put together an order. We can deliver large orders in our regular service area (DC to Atlanta) and ship via freight outside that area for large orders over $750. We can deliver locally for smaller orders.

We started Brightside Bamboo in 2010 offering bamboo landscaping services and added on the nursery in 2012. We hate to see it close (at least for now) as we've worked hard to build up a great selection with diverse genetics and rare species. But we must live to fight another day!
